Safety

The safety of our clients is our primary concern

Practices and Procedures

It is part of our standard practice to have risk assessment procedures in place for all of our suppliers we work with, and for all of the services we offer our clients.

We have undertaken lengthy risk assessment and evaluations of all of our ground handler’s services worldwide. Our Ground handler’s services and their supplier’s services such as transfers, accommodation and excursions are monitored on a continuous basis.

Philosophy

Because of the scope of our destinations and the wide variety of school group trips and tours we offer, we cannot guarantee that incidents will not occur. Partaking in contact sports, travel to higher risk areas and an inclination for more adventurous pursuits, by their very nature carry an inherent element of risk.

Through effective supply of information,(one being the Government travel website – Safe Travel) we will always ensure that clients are made aware of the potential risks involved and therefore it is implicit that clients who book their trips through us have been given informed consent to be exposed to any such risks.

Through our practices and procedures we will always use our best endeavours to control risks to a reasonable level. The safety of our clients and staff is of paramount importance and we will work diligently to minimise and control risks at all times.

We also expect our clients to work with us in maintaining their own safety by taking sensible precautions themselves and always acting in a responsible manner with regards to their own safety and that of their travelling companions and staff.
